We've overhauled and redesigned the logic and interface for sending invitations, both at the stream and direct message levels, as well as within the workspace. Invitations now feature a more uniform design and logic.

Adding documents to each stream, with the capability to generate an entire article using the AI assist feature.

Revamped folder design layout to streamline navigation and introduce a dashboard encompassing all streams, providing enhanced visibility into: Status of each stream set Open and due tasks User activity

We are adding a toggle for task tags so that you can mark them either visible to the team (which will become the default view) or private. When you add a visible tag to a task, everyone on the stream will be able to see it and quickly reference where the task falls, keeping the collaboration going. When you have tags that you want to keep private, simply turn the visibility setting off. That way the tag will only be visible to you and no one else. This is a small, important update to help increase how we all collaborate and complete tasks!

We will be adding another exciting AI element to the Ledger app soon, where you can simply ask the AI assistant in natural language to summarize your work for the week, search for a task you worked on last month with a teammate, and so much more. It will be super neat, stand by! 🏄‍♀️

Create an option for shared folders where users can add streams and manage who to share the contents with.

Add ability to highlight part or all of a comment and reply to it, without creating a thread or inside of an existing thread. The highlight will trigger a "" icon, clicking it will open a new comment with a reference to the highlighted text.

Under the tasks tab of each stream, we are updating how the order of the Kanban columns are displayed. Previously, the order you had them in would be unique to you, to match whatever work you're doing. Now, if you change the order of the columns then all users in that stream will see the same order. The order of the tasks within each column, however, will be individual to you, so you can move the ones with the highest priority on top, etc. Moving to a more universal ordering system we believe will lead to more efficient teamwork. Stand by, this will be pushed shortly!

Add short AI generated replies to the quick message field, so wherever you are in the stream - chat, task, event etc. - one click gives you a faster way to reply. Easily turn them off by toggling off.

Enhanced Workspace Types This feature will allow users to select a workspace type from a list, such as CRM, Project Management, or Inventory Management, which will generate table-like objects for workspace members to control. Members will be able to customize fields by adding, renaming, and sorting them. In addition, users will be able to connect stream elements like documents, events, and tasks to these custom objects. This enhancement will also include built-in and dynamic reporting capabilities, offering insightful analytics and better data management. Stay tuned for more updates as we explore this exciting development!

All projects (streams) in my company have the same beginning: we have the first kick-off, sign agreements, collect reserach... Now I have to type these tasks to all my streams manually. It'd much more effecient and easy if I could just create a template from my Task canban.

We are finalizing our whiteboard feature, where collaborators on each stream will be able to ideate and brainstorm, share feedback and design in real-time together.

This feature allows users to open new tasks directly from comments in a stream. When a task is created from a comment, it includes a snippet showing where the comment was originally posted. Additionally, the task name is automatically generated using AI based on the comment content, ensuring clarity and saving time. This enhances workflow efficiency, retains context, and improves productivity by seamlessly converting comments into actionable tasks.

The code is being optimized to enhance load times, solve some latency issues, and make the app much more fluid when navigating and using. Will be a substantial upgrade and we can't wait to release it!
